At Bagga Furniture, we ensure top-quality furniture and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain high standards and customer satisfaction, we follow a Open Box Delivery & Immediate Acceptance policy after delivery acceptance.
📌 Open Box Delivery & Immediate Acceptance
- We provide an open box delivery service, allowing you to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- Customers must check for any damage, defects, or incorrect items before accepting the delivery.
- Once the product is accepted, returns will not be allowed.
- In rare cases of manufacturing defects, the issue must be reported immediately to our support team before the delivery agent leaves.
💰 Refund & Replacement Policy
✅ When is a Refund or Replacement Applicable?
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery and reported immediately.
- If you receive a wrong product that does not match your order.
✅ Refund Process
- If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI QR Code).
- Customers will receive a confirmation via email/SMS once the refund is issued.
✅ Replacement Policy
- If a replacement is approved, we will initiate a free pickup and replacement of the defective item.
✅ Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
- Accepted deliveries cannot be returned.
- Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-refundable.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for replacement.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
